David Thomson (ex-Academic Director of St John’s College School, Cambridge) specialises in bringing the wonders of learning back into the classroom. Together, they have over 30 years of experience working to the highest standards with large groups of staff. Both have created the context in which ISI judged the majority of lessons to be “very good, often excellent”, across the schools they worked in.
