Visual Tools will improve the quality of thinking in your classroom.

Visual tools are a practical, powerful and yet mostly untapped source of getting to higher order thinking classrooms. This course is written by  Model Learning Ltd and presented by David Thomson.

Mapping techniques of one sort or another are familiar to many, but having completed the Mapwise day you will appreciate the extent to which visual tools are seriously under-used in classrooms. Once you gain the inside knowledge of how the visual tools work for learning and teaching, you will be surprised how easy it is to incorporate visual techniques in your lessons. Teachers are often astounded at the improvement in pupils' results. Take children away from linear approaches to generating and organising their thinking and watch what happens!
